Online Library Card Application

Library cards are free of charge, and enable you to use the library's online services and check out materials at any of our locations. Fill out this simple application online or at your branch, then stop by any Berkeley Public library within 45 days with photo identification and address confirmation to receive and activate your card. Electronic applications will be deleted after one month.
